OfficePad (officepad.app) is a free, browser-based tool suite for PDF editing and Office document creation. All file processing happens entirely within your browser — no files, documents, or personal data are ever uploaded to our servers.
2. Files and Documents
Any file you open, edit, or create using OfficePad is processed entirely on your device using your browser's built-in capabilities. We do not receive, store, transmit, or have access to any files you work with. Your documents never leave your device.
3. Information We Collect
We do not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or account data. We do not require registration or login.
Like most websites, our server may automatically log standard technical information when you visit, including:
- Your browser type and version
- The pages you visit on our site
- The date and time of your visit
- Your approximate geographic region (country/city level, via IP address)
This data is used solely for site performance monitoring and is not linked to any individual identity.
4. Analytics (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymous usage of OfficePad (for example which tools are popular and how the site performs). Google Analytics may set cookies and collect device and usage information. We have enabled Google’s Consent Mode, so analytics and advertising storage stay disabled until you grant consent where a consent prompt is shown. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
5. Advertising (Google AdSense)
OfficePad displays advertisements served by Google AdSense to support the free service. Google AdSense may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

OfficePad itself does not set cookies. Third-party services (Google AdSense and Google Analytics) may set cookies to personalise ads, measure ad performance, and analyse usage. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.

EEA, UK & Switzerland: If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we show a consent message (a Google-certified consent management platform) that lets you accept or decline the use of cookies for personalised advertising and analytics, in line with the GDPR. Advertising and analytics storage stay disabled until you provide consent.
United States (California & other states): Depending on your state, you may have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and the use of personal information for targeted advertising under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA. Where applicable, we present a privacy choices message so you can exercise these rights. You can also limit ad personalisation at any time via Google Ads Settings.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.
9. Feedback Submissions
If you submit feedback using the feedback form, we store your message, the page you submitted it from, your browser's user agent string, an optional contact detail you choose to provide, and your IP address. This is used to review and act on feedback and to prevent spam/abuse, and is unrelated to the files you work on, which are never uploaded.
10. Children's Privacy
OfficePad is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of OfficePad after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
